                <text>La Plataforma d’Afectats per la Hipoteca (PAH) a les Terres de l’Ebre ha celebrat ja quatre anys d’activitat. Una de les membres de la PAH Ebre, Claudia Cervesato, va detallar que durant aquest temps, han aconseguit 100 dacions en pagament, suspendre fins a 37 desnonaments i assessorar més de 500 famílies al territori.&#13;
&#13;
Tot i que darrerament la PAH no té tant de seguiment mediàtic, Cervesato assegura que la situació segueix igual i ha reclamat compromisos legals i polítics per tirar endavant una llei que garanteixi el dret a un habitatge digne.&#13;
&#13;
Quant a la pobresa energètica, Cervesato assegura que coneixen diversos casos a les Terres de l’Ebre i que la solució passa perquè les empreses subministradores i administracions públiques compleixin la llei.&#13;
&#13;
Des de la PAH Ebre també han advertit que s’està tornant a especular amb els habitatges, no només per la seva venda sinó també amb els lloguers. La PAH va celebrar els seus quatre anys amb un concurs de truites, cuscús i paelles al Casal del Raval de Cristo, a Roquetes.</text>
