Les temperatures arreu del país han superat els 40 graus i l’Observatori de l’Ebre de Roquetes ha registrat els 43,9 graus, la temperatura més alta que mai ha detectat en els gairebé 120 anys de funcionament. És el rècord absolut de l’estació, ja que se superen els 43 graus del 1982. D’entre les màximes més altes també destaquen els 43,4 graus de Vinebre i d’Aldover. 56 estacions del Servei Meteorològic de Catalunya (Meteocat) han saltat per sobre dels 40 graus, una dada que fa que aquest sigui ja l’estiu en què s’han superat més vegades els 40 graus a Catalunya.</text>
