                <text>Roquetes ha celebrat aquest Onze de Setembre els actes institucionals de la Diada Nacional de Catalunya, amb l’Associació de Dones de la ciutat com entitat convidada i la participació dels Grallers de Roquetes. La Plaça dels Països Catalans s’ha vestit de gala per homenatjar la senyera i commemorar aquesta data assenyalada, amb la presència dels membres del consistori i de més d’un centenar de persones entre el públic.&#13;
&#13;
L’alcalde del municipi, Ivan Garcia, i la presidenta de l’Associació de Dones de Roquetes, Inma Vilaubí, han fet homenatge a la senyera catalana i la bandera de la ciutat, després de recollir-les de mans de la Policia Local.&#13;
&#13;
Durant el parlament a càrrec de l’Associació de Dones de Roquetes, la sòcia de l’entitat Tere Marro ha dibuixat un paral·lelisme entre la lluita per la defensa dels drets i llibertats nacionals, amb els de les dones. “Les dones hem reclamat deixar de ser les úniques responsables de les tasques de cura i de la llar. Hem reclamat aspirar a llocs de treball fora de casa i qualificats. També poder decidir sobre el propi cos. Trencar amb la bretxa salarial i el sostre de vidre. Algunes les hem aconseguit, però en falten moltes. Les dones avui celebrem el nostre particular Onze de Setembre”, ha proclamat, tot llençant un visca final per “les dones lliures”.&#13;
&#13;
Al seu torn, l’alcalde de Roquetes, Ivan Garcia, ha realitzat la lectura del manifest de l’Associació Catalana de Municipis amb motiu de la Diada, reivindicant el municipalisme com la clau del futur de Catalunya. Entre d’altres, el batlle roquetenc ha fet referència a la sobirania del país com a eina per “millorar la qualitat de vida de tots els ciutadans”, a través d’un “tracte fiscal just”. &#13;
&#13;
A la vegada, Garcia ha indicat que la Diada és una jornada de “reflex d’unitat i diversitat”, a més de llençar una “reivindicació de la llengua catalana”. Així mateix, ha subratllat el “rol decisiu del municipalisme i la cogovernança amb la resta d’administracions” per assolir els reptes de futur. Tanmateix, ha afegit que desitja viure en “un país feminista i igualitari”, motiu pel qual, ha assegurat, des de l’Ajuntament es seguirà treballant per tenir “una Catalunya millor per a les nostres filles i fills”.&#13;
&#13;
Per acabar, els Grallers de Roquetes han agafat el protagonisme, amb la interpretació de l’himne dels Segadors com a cloenda de la celebració de la Diada Nacional de Catalunya a Roquetes.</text>
